shipping & returns
Items that are listed as preorders mean that the item is not yet in our possession, but in our warehouse. In effort to be more sustainable and ethical these items are made to order. These items ship in 1-6 weeks minus delays due to Covid-19. If you place an order with one preorder item, your entire order will ship once everything is ready to go out. If you need an item by a certain day please make separate order to ensure a timely delivery.
Our normal items ship from 1 to 3 weeks at most. This is due to the fact that these items are made to order by hand in our own office! For preorder items, they will ship between 3 weeks to 6 weeks. We have items for preorder to minimize waste and stay more ethical to our environment. Please keep patience in mind as we are still a small business handling crazy capacities and orders.
We do not offer refunds.
custom and handmade items are not returnable no exceptions.
We except returns on certain clothing items! Tops and dresses are available to return. Pants and bottoms along with any and all accessories may not be returned. Additionally, sale items cannot be returned.
You will receive a refund in the form of store credit. Prior to this you will be charged a fee of $8.00 to make the return. This will be removed from the total store credit amount.

We do not accept exchanges!
We only offer store credit for returns. Again no exceptions.
You CANNOT return anything without the tag or anything damaged
Our return policy lasts 15 days from the delivery date.
If more than 30 days have gone by since the purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return.
Your item must be unused and in the EXACT same condition that you received it.
All tags must still be attached.
Once your return is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you of store credit. This may take 1-7 days.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If for any reason you do not use our return label below and send it back to our address yourself: we are not responsible for it and will not except it.
We are not responsible for any lost returns if you used your own label.
You will not get your shipping, tax, or discount fees back!

First email us with the following information.
Please provide this in the email for a return:
name on order
date of purchase
name of item you are returning
reason for return
detailed image if there is a defect/damage
we will send instructions after that.
To track your item you can log in or check your tracking email sent to you. You could also view it from the link on your email!
I didn’t get my order!
If you did not receive your order you are responsible for letting us know within 15 days from when the item was delivered. We will offer a solution.
